CBA advises Caronte & Tourist on new financing transaction

CBA Studio Legale and Norton Rose Fulbright advised, respectively, Caronte & Tourist and the pool of lending banks in connection with a new financing transaction in favour of the Messina-based shipping company for an amount of €40 million.

The CBA team advising the Caronte & Tourist group was composed of Partner Francesco Dialti and Associate Valentina Bombino.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team advising the lending institutions on the negotiation, drafting and execution of the entire financing documentation was led by Gennaro Mazzuoccolo, Partner in the Banking and Finance team specialising in shipping finance, assisted by Associates Chiara Conti and Leone Sgaravatti.
