CBA advises BCC Iccrea on the project financing of Idroelettrica Slizza

CBA Studio Legale e Tributario advised the BCC Iccrea Group on the closing of a project finance transaction concerning a hydropower plant located in Tarvisio, with an annual production capacity of approximately 20 million kWh. The plant is owned by Idroelettrica R. Slizza S.r.l., a Tondo family–owned company based in Udine and active in the renewable energy sector through several hydropower facilities.
The transaction was structured by the Project Finance Desk of BCC Banca Iccrea, in coordination with Credifriuli, the client’s reference cooperative bank and depositary bank for the deal. Cassa Centrale Raiffeisen dell’Alto Adige also participated as underwriter.
CBA advised the lending syndicate on the drafting and negotiation of the finance documentation, with a team led by Partner Francesco Dialti and composed of Associates Valentina Bombino and Lucrezia Ghezzi.
Idroelettrica R. Slizza S.r.l. was advised by Studio Pecile in Udine.
