CBA advises BCC Garda, BCC Milano and BCC Agrobresciano on a €15 million financing for Fondazione Poliambulanza

CBA Studio Legale e Tributario advised B.C.C. del Garda – Banca di Credito Cooperativo Colli Morenici del Garda Società Cooperativa, as arranger of the transaction, together with Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Milano – Società Cooperativa and Banca di Credito Cooperativo Agrobresciano – Società Cooperativa, in connection with a €15 million financing granted to Fondazione Poliambulanza.
The financing is intended to support Fondazione Poliambulanza in the management of its healthcare activities and in the development of new healthcare facilities within the Città della Salute complex.

CBA acted for the lending banks, advising on the drafting and negotiation of the financing documentation. The team was led by partner Francesco Dialti, assisted by associate Lucrezia Ghezzi.
