CBA advises BCC Banca Iccrea and BCC Veneta on ship financing for Zeta S.r.l.

CBA Studio Legale e Tributario advised BCC Banca Iccrea and BCC Veneta on a financing transaction granted to Zeta S.r.l. for the acquisition of the motor vessel Maria Vittoria Z.

The transaction forms part of Zeta S.r.l.’s broader growth and consolidation strategy. The company, led by Valentina Boscolo Zemello and Alberto Zampirollo, has established itself as a dynamic business with a strong track record of strategic vision and development in its sector.

CBA assisted the lending banks with the structuring of the transaction, as well as the drafting and negotiation of the Italian law-governed finance documents. The team was led by partner Francesco Dialti and included senior associate Vincenzo Cimmino and associate Lucrezia Ghezzi.
