The Pitagora Fund, managed by Finint Investments, an asset management company within the Banca Finint Group, has acquired a newly developed student housing property in Modena from Supernova.
The facility features 366 beds across multiple room types, along with 30 short-stay units, and has been concurrently leased to Campus X, which now operates 13 residences across Italy.
As part of the transaction, Finint Investments, with a team consisting of Sara Paganin, Marco Mira, Alice Balasso and Raffaele Villano, was advised by CBA Studio Legale e Tributario on regulatory, legal and tax matters.
The CBA team included Francesco Assegnati (Partner), Giuseppe Serranò and Andrea Motta (Senior Associates), Leonardo Casaleno, Nica Barcellona and Federica Uggeri (Associates).
Campus X, represented by a team led by CEO Samuele Annibali, CFO Claudio Vighetto, General Counsel Alice Bonazzi and Development Manager Alessandro Vano, was advised by attorneys Massimo Ranieri and Alessandro Avola of the Rome-based law firm Ranieri Guaccero.
Supernova, with a team that included CEO Riccardo Ricci, was supported by in-house counsel Marco Rossetti.
