Il corso, coordinato dalla prof.ssa Silvia Giudici e dalla Presidente Marina Tavassi,  si propone di formare i discenti approfondendo le tematiche normative, regolamentari e processuali connesse al nuovo meccanismo di brevettazione e di gestione delle liti di fronte alle Corti, nonché di fronte agli organismi di mediazione e arbitrato istituiti nell'ambito del nuovo sistema. Il corso mira a formare il fabbisogno formativo delle categorie professionali che saranno coinvolte nel nuovo sistema del brevetto europeo con effetto unitario.
