He has gained solid experience in commercial and contractual consultancy, with a particular focus on intellectual property and new technologies, assisting national and international clients on contractual and regulatory aspects relating to innovative projects in the fields of, inter alia, home automation, electric mobility, internet of things, artificial intelligence, machine learning and metaverse.
He deals, in particular, with the structuring and preparation of various types of contracts, such as licenses, technology transfer agreements, sponsorships, JVs, R&D and software and innovative solutions development agreements, as well as specialist consultancy on trademarks, patents, trade secrets, design, copyright, IT and unfair competition.
Luca also assists companies and advertising agencies in the compliance analysis of advertising and promotional materials with respect to consumer and regulatory discipline in the sector.
