The interview on the Chinese patent situation released by partner Mattia Dalla Costa has been published in the German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung. The article was written by two economic editors of the newspaper who surveyed the Chinese protectionism against foreign companies and in particular the German ones. They mention automotive, patents and trademarks matters (with the example of a Chinese counterfeiter of Hugo Boss products).
