Internship program

If you’re currently studying or about to graduate in law or economics, our Internship Program offers the chance to explore different areas of legal practice and gain first-hand experience. This will help you identify the specialization path that best aligns with your interests and aspirations.

The internship lasts between three and six months and is a full-time program running during the September–March and March–September periods.
You can take part in the program each year until you complete your degree.
For suitable candidates, the program may also include the option to begin the early training period required for qualification. At the end of the internship, outstanding candidates may be offered a position as Trainee, with a pathway towards an Associate role.

Data Controller and Data Protection Officer
The Data Controller is CBA Studio Legale e Tributario, with registered office in Milan (MI), Corso Europa no. 15, VAT no. IT08122350153.
The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be contacted by e-mail at dpo@cbalex.com or by telephone at +39 02 778061.
Purpose, Methods and Legal Basis of Processing
The processing of personal data (the “Data”) by the Controller takes place upon completion of the registration form and submission of a curriculum vitae (CV), for the purpose of participating in the relevant recruitment process.
Where registration is required, the Data will be processed mainly by electronic means, in accordance with this notice and with the Privacy Policy available at the following link, which you are encouraged to read carefully.
The processing does not involve any automated decision-making.
All processing activities will be carried out in line with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, and in full compliance with applicable confidentiality and security obligations.
The legal basis for processing the Data is the consent provided by the data subject.
Data Retention
The Data will be retained for the duration of the recruitment process and, in any case, for a maximum period of 12 months.
Scope of Data Communication
The Data may be accessed by employees and/or collaborators of the Controller who have been duly authorised and instructed pursuant to Article 29 of the GDPR. These individuals will process the Data solely for the purposes set out in this notice and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
The Data may also be processed by third parties acting as data processors on behalf of the Controller, such as providers of IT and logistics services, outsourcing or cloud computing service providers, professionals and consultants.
The Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for legal purposes for which the data subject’s consent is not required. In such cases, the Data may be made available to independent third parties who will process them exclusively for such purposes (for example, in response to requests from law enforcement authorities, judicial bodies or other competent entities).
Data Transfers
The Data will be processed within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Should any transfer of Data outside the EEA be necessary due to the use of specific technologies (such as cloud platforms or cookie tracking systems), such processing will take place in accordance with adequacy decisions (Article 45 GDPR), appropriate safeguards adopted by the European Commission (Article 46 GDPR), or, where applicable, under the derogations provided for by Article 49 GDPR.
Data Subject Rights
Data subjects have the right to:
a) request from the Controller access to their Data, as well as the updating, rectification or erasure thereof, restriction of processing, or to object to processing;
b) where processing is based on consent, withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
c) file a complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
