Employees’ e-mails: extreme control and unlimited storage are forbidden – A real estate AIF to manage Banks’ NPLs

The Italian Data Protection Authority clarified that personal data processing carried out by the employer on the employees’ business emails must be considered unlawful.
According to market best practice, real estate AIFs are the most appropriate instrument to achieve a more effective management of the underlying asset improvement process.
