Digital Power and regulation, the double face of the EU rulings against Google and Apple
The technology market needs clear and transparent rules to ensure fair competition and protect consumers. The recent decisions against Apple and Google underline the importance of holding tech giants accountable to ensure a fair and transparent market, especially if they offer services to recipients located in the EU, regardless of where these operators are based.
