CBA, with a team led by partner Stefano Petrecca, obtained an important and definitive victory in the Supreme Court by assisting the bankrupt Telis in a litigation originating from a dispute concerning taxes owed for more than EUR 25 million in an alleged unaccounted-for exchange transaction with a well-known telephone operator for the maintenance of mobile equipment.
