We have assisted Scalapay IP S.p.A., a company registered in the Register of Payment Institutions, as, inter alia, originator and underwriter of the junior securities, in the cross-border securitisation realised by the vehicle Augusta SPV through the issuance of asset-backed partly-paid securities concerning credits granted for the purpose of financing payment transactions in the form of a deferred payment linked to the provision of the BNPL service (buy now pay later). The BNP Paribas Group acted as, inter alia, arranger of the transaction and underwriter of the senior securities. Centotrenta Servicing acted, inter alia, as master servicer of the securitisation transaction.
