CBA advises Caronte&Tourist in the acquisition of ro-pax Epsilon

CBA’s team headed by Partner Francesco Dialti advised Caronte&Tourist in a Euro 34 m worth transaction, for the purchase of the unit ro-pax Epsilon from Cantiere Navale Visentini, thus consolidating the position of the shipping Group among the leading players of the shipping market in Southern Italy.
